Standard Cleaning questions
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Where we can, yes. Most recurring customers have the same cleaner every visit. If they're off sick or on holiday we'll send someone else from the team and let you know beforehand.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring customers give us a key or a key-safe code. Keys are logged and kept securely.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything. If you'd prefer us to use your own products, just say.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
Recurring customers start with one deep clean so your cleaner begins from a proper base: inside the cooker, skirting boards, grout, behind furniture. From the next visit you pay the standard price.
Do weekly and fortnightly cost the same?
Per visit, yes. Both get 10% off the standard price. Monthly visits are charged at the standard price with no discount.
