What affects the price
- Size of the propertyBedrooms and bathrooms are the main thing. A four-bed with three bathrooms takes longer than a one-bed flat, and the price follows.
- Type of cleanA regular visit keeps a clean home clean. A deep clean or end of tenancy clean starts from scratch and takes two or three times as long.
- How oftenWeekly and fortnightly customers pay less per visit, because the house never gets far from clean.
- ExtrasInside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cupboards and interior windows are add-ons, so you only pay for them when you want them.
- ConditionIf a property is heavily soiled, has been empty a long time, or has pets, we may ask for a couple of photos to make sure the price is right before we confirm.

Pricing questions
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance for work in customers' homes. Our cleaners are vetted and reference-checked before they work for us.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, everything. If you'd prefer us to use particular products, for example if someone in the house has allergies, tell us and we'll use yours.
How do I pay?
By card when you book, or by bank transfer for regular customers. You don't pay cash to the cleaner.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Less than that and we may charge for the visit, because the cleaner has kept the slot for you.
