Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes. We can work around a few boxes, but furniture and belongings that are staying make it harder to reach everything the inventory checks.
What if the letting agent isn't happy?
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we'll come back and put it right at no charge. That's the guarantee.
Do you do carpet cleaning?
We vacuum all carpets as standard. Professional carpet shampooing isn't included but ask when you book and we'll tell you what we can arrange.
